I've been trying to potty train Joshua with no success.He's almost 3 and I know he's overdue! He's pretty strong willed and he does not want to let go of those diapers. I'll keep working on it and we'll see what happens. I can't give up.

- Georgia confirms its first swine flu case

Today the first case of swine flu was reported in Georgia. That brings the whole deal closer to home. Most people don't worry about it and I'm trying not to either but hopefully things won't get too much worse. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I have to admit I'm a little bit nervous and freaked out by this whole swine flu deal. I'm considering buying masks for my family. When I suggested this to my husband he pretty much scoffed at the plan saying we could buy them if and when it was necessary. I think buying them when a few people are infected in our area might be a little too late. People will be rushing to stores with the same plan. Right now only 1 in 5 people in Mexico have masks. It may not be as bad here but I'm sure the impact of so many people rushing for masks at once would be great. Just a though. I have always been big on preparedness.

To you this simple method that will gather all my thoughts. I wanted to introduce myself.
To all of you that will take the time to read them I wanted to say that these words are not just here for your mere entertainment. They are here as a way to help me understand myself better. I consider myself pleased to be able to share them with you. I have this and another blog. I'm hoping this one will be more informal and more personal.
